I have low vit b12 level, this use of vit b12 of Himalayan organics is save me.

A basic B12 tablet.. Had to do 2 months course to come on normal levels.

Without any doubt its a must buy himalayan product.. reduces vitamin b12 deficiency and related symptoms.

I heard for us vegetarian there is less vit b12 source nd that is why I have deficiency. but dr suggest to buy this one to level up nd will see later if it work.
